- All types of room are with towels, bed linens and pillows.
- On-going construction projects, maintenance, and renovations will be taking place. Please be aware that construction work will be active 7 days a week throughout the 2023 conference season, bringing some unavoidable disruption, noise and dust. There will be no compensation or discounts provided due to disruption and/or relocation.

- If Cluster Unit: Names and emails/phone of all roommates is requested.
- If Cluster Unit: Please indicate if there is one payee or multiple payees. If multiple payees we will also need details of how they want to split the charge (1/2, ¼, 1/3, etc).
- A deposit of one night plus taxes (the actual amount will vary depending on room type) is required. If there is split billing for the cluster units, payment in full for each portion is required prior to check-in.
- Guests will phone into the UVic Residence Services Office (250-721-8657) to make the deposit. In the case of anyone with international numbers, the office offers to call them should they wish at a time that works for them.

Cancellation Policy |
Cancellation of reservation can be cancelled no later than 72 hours in advance of arrival.
If a guest who has requested a room within your Room Block checks out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, the Hotel will add an early check-out fee, equal to 50% of the registered room rate for every night that has been booked and will not be used to that guest's individual account. |
